PURPOSE: A device for the forward and backward movement of a car headrest is provided to instantaneously control the location of a headrest in a one-touch mode in car crash. CONSTITUTION: A device for the forward and backward movement of a car headrest comprises a top link(400), a bottom link(100), a connection link, a ratchet, a pole and a spring(500). The bottom link is arranged on the lower part of the top link. The connection link is installed on the top and bottom links. The ratchet is installed on top and bottom links or the connection link.
