PURPOSE: A power generation device using buoyancy is provided to be used for an aircraft, an electric rain car, a ship, and a vehicle by acquiring clean and pure energy without external energy. CONSTITUTION: A power generation device using buoyancy is composed as follows. Water tubs(1) filled with liquid having high-density are installed in both side of the device. Inlet pipes are installed in the bottom ends of the water tubs. Valves(7) are installed in the connected parts of the water tubs and the inlet pipes and cut off water. A hole, in which balls are put in, is formed on the top of the inlet pipes. A cover is formed on the hole to block the hole after the balls put through the hole. Upper and lower rollers are formed to stably guide the balls and are connected through a belt. Multiple ball supports are formed on the surface of the belt.
