The box has a cold box unit (2) stored in a housing of a kitchen block (1) of a camping vehicle. An upper cold box cover (3) is movably supported in the kitchen block over coupling elements (4) and upwardly lifted off from an access opening in an extended position of the cold box unit. The upper cold box cover is lowered down to the access opening in a retracted position of the cold box unit. A resilient helical spring (7) is arranged between the cold box cover and a portion of the housing. The cold box cover is permanently pre-tensioned with a resilient spring force. |
