PURPOSE: A system for managing the energy data of residence is provided to induce energy saving by measuring the watt-hour required for each load in real time. CONSTITUTION: A power metering unit(130) receives a current value of a current detecting sensor in order to meter the watt-hour supplied to an outlet or a load. A water supply metering unit meters the water usage of one residence. A gas metering unit meters the gas usage of one residence. Distributing panels(310, 320) supply power for the underground parking lot and landscape. The distributing panels meters watt-hour and transmits the metered watt-hour through a hub. An energy managing server(200) calculates the measured energy value of the power metering unit, the water supply metering unit, the gas metering unit, and the distributing panels. |
