PURPOSE: A roof panel frame for freezing and cooling and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to easily manufacture a roof panel by coupling a finishing frame and a backside frame in a combining frame respectively. CONSTITUTION: A roof panel frame for freezing and cooling comprises a combining frame(10), a finishing material frame(20) and a rear frame(30). The combining frame is located in the end part lower of a roof panel(1) and comprises a molding unit and a protrusion. The combining frame is separated from the roof panel if the roof panel is completed. The finishing material frame is perpendicularly formed in the cut-back end side of the roof panel. The rear frame comprises a combining frame lead-in and a rear frame lead-in. The combining frame lead-in accepts the protrusion of the other combining frame. The rear frame lead-in accepts a rear plate(50) faced with a front panel(40) accepted to the finishing material frame.
