The element has a luminous surface (2) based on an electroluminescent or organic light emitting diode light source, that is formed on a decorative layer (1). A partial transparent film (4) is arranged between the luminous surface and decorative layer. The transparent film is provided with optical properties, for homogenizing the light flux property of luminous surface. An absorbing layer is coated on the surface of transparent film. The light source irradiates planar light on the surface of decorative layer through a light guide plate (3).
