<p>Disclosed is a urethane emulsion which enables to obtain a cured product having excellent water repellency. This urethane emulsion is obtained by stirring a urethane prepolymer composition containing a urethane prepolymer having a carboxy group, a neutralizing agent and water. This urethane emulsion is characterized in that the urethane prepolymer is obtained by reacting, at a specific ratio, a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups, a siloxane-containing polyol compound having two or more hydroxy groups and dimethyl siloxane and/or a fluorine-containing polyol having two or more hydroxy groups and fluoroethylene, and a carboxy group-containing compound having two or more hydroxy groups and a carboxy group.</p> |
