PURPOSE: A method for doubling output of an escalator and a conveyor belt is provided to reduce the size of a motor and to save electricity by rotating an escalator and a conveyor belt simultaneously using power of the motor and natural power. CONSTITUTION: A method for doubling output of an escalator and a conveyor belt is as follows. In order that a motor shaft gear(1) lightly rotates a rotary shaft gear(2), first and second shaft gears(4,5) are installed in the upper and lower parts along a vertical line to a center horizontal line of the motor shaft gear and the rotary shaft gear. The motor shaft gear, a connection shaft gear, the first and second shaft gears are connected by a chain to be integrated, and are simultaneously rotated by the rotation of the motor shaft gear. Accordingly, when the rotary shaft gear rotates one revolution, the first and second gears are rotated one to five revolutions or more.
