The element has a rectangular base plate (10) whose front end is connected to a ground lug (16). The supporting legs (11) are fixed to the head portion of base plate. A guide rib is adhered closely to the base portion of supporting legs. A terminal board (12) is arranged at the bottom end portion of base plate. A contact arm (13) is fixed to the external side of terminal board at a predetermined angle. A cutting edge (14) is formed along the lateral side of contact arm. An independent claim is included for cable duct.
