The aid (1) has a disk (4) rotated against a background plate (2) around a pivot point (3) and inserted into the background plate. The background plate comprises twelve equidistant markings (6) around the disk, and the disk comprises twelve equidistant anchor points (7) at circumference of the disk. A linear endless and extendable connection element (5) is anchored at the anchor points such that selection of the anchor points is combined by the connection element. The connection element represents gamut by a closed polyline.
