The guards have a wire reinforcement integrated in the guards such that the guards are fixed to a bicycle frame, where the guards are removably mounted on a lower tube of a bicycle frame and manufactured by flexible silicone-like material. Multiple closure eyelets are connected with a base body. The base body comprises multiple mounting holes in a longitudinal direction. The closure eyelets are led around a lower tube in a state of the guards set on the lower tube and hooked in the mounting holes such that the guards are stressed against the lower tube.
