The method involves detecting rotational speed information of an internal-combustion engine (1) and determining a moment for each cylinder (3 to 6) from the rotational speed information. A cylinder internal pressure is detected in a guidance cylinder with a pressure detecting unit (9). Another torque is determined from the guidance cylinder from the detected cylinder internal pressure of the guidance cylinder. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a regulating method for an internal combustion engine; (2) a device for determining an indexed torque for each cylinder of an internal-combustion engine of a vehicle; and (3) a regulating device for an internal combustion engine.
