PURPOSE: An online-voice recognition lecture providing apparatus and method thereof are provided to effectively manage English learning information by systematically providing English lectures. CONSTITUTION: A lecture providing unit(130) includes a lecture content selecting unit(131) and a voice recognition unit(133). The lecture content selecting unit refers to content corresponding to learning numbers of users. When a second content data block is selected, the lecture content selecting unit randomly selects questions and answers from the second content data block. A voice recognition unit(133) changes voice information inputted by a user terminal into text information. |
