PURPOSE: An apparatus for regenerating a waste flame-retardant cleaning agent is provided to regenerate pure flame-retardant cleaning agents by collecting the waste flame-retardant cleaning agent and eliminating pollutants from the waste flame-retardant cleaning agent. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for regenerating a waste flame-retardant cleaning agent includes a filtering unit(10), an evaporating tank(13), a heating part(14), a heat exchanging part(11), a condensing part(15), and a collecting part(16). The filtering unit filters waste retardant cleaning agents to eliminate sludge. The evaporating tank stores and evaporates the filtered waste retardant cleaning agents to become vapor phase. The heating part heats the evaporating tank. The heat exchanging part primarily cools the evaporated waste retardant cleaning agents in the vapor phase to be converted into liquid phase. A bumping preventive part(131) is installed at the evaporating tank.
