摘要 PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring a mixing rate of a fluorescent substance are provided to accurately measure a mixing rate of a fluorescent substance of a light emitting device package and to obtain a desired illuminance, a chromaticity, a color coordinate, and a color temperature when lighting the light emitting device package. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a mixing rate of a fluorescent substance comprises a photographing member(200), a conducting member, a light amount measuring member(400), and a mixing rate measuring member(500). The photographing member takes a photograph of images of the light emitting device package. The conducting member supplies power to the light emitting device package after photographing. The light amount measuring member measures an amount of lights emitted from the light emitting device package. The mixing rate measuring member measure a mixing rate of a fluorescent substance with a volume and light amount of the fluorescent substance spread on the internal space of the light emitting device package.
