PURPOSE: An electronic book memo overlapping and sharing system and method thereof are provided to add opinion information of an electronic book. CONSTITUTION: An electronic book server(110) supplies a menu input window from a user terminal(300). The electronic book server supplies a debate window to the user terminal. User information database(120) stores the user ID of the user terminal. Original text database(130) stores original data of the electronic book. Modification database(140) includes memo data(141) and debate data(143).
