PURPOSE: A substrate for loading a light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and times by omitting an etching process of using sputtering deposition and photolithography. CONSTITUTION: A flat base plate(11) is prepared. A film(12) is attached to an upper side of the base plate. A groove is formed on an upper surface of the base plate. Conductive ink is filled in a groove which is concavely formed. The conductive ink filled in the groove is hardened and an electrode(16) is formed.
