The device (50) has a ferromagnetic base portion (1) which is contacted to ferromagnetic base plate (61) of mounting machine. The ferromagnetic base portion is magnetically connected to the permanent magnet (20) for transmission of magnetic force on ferromagnetic base plate. A changing device is provided for changing the magnetic force of permanent magnet acting on ferromagnetic base plate. The changing device is arranged in such a manner that magnetic force acting on ferromagnetic base plate in primary state of changing device is smaller that than in secondary state.
