PURPOSE: A conductor for transmitting power is provided to prevent a coated ceramic material layer from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A metal strip includes a cylindrical core(1). An edge is welded along a weld seam. The core includes slots(4) which are arranged under the weld seam. The slot has a semicircular cross section. The outer diameter of a tube is 0.5 to 3 mm.
