The stator (1) has a twofold-or manifold coiled elastomer lining (3) with shore-A-hardness of smaller than or equal to 70, where ratio of thick positions (S1) to thin positions (S2) of the elastomer lining lies at range of 3 to 8. The stator comprises outer dimension (D) smaller than or equal to 120 mm. A cylindrical cover (2) of the stator is made of steel.
