The module (10) has thermal siphons (12) provided with vaporizers and capacitors. Floating bodies (24) are arranged below the capacitors such that the module is buoyant in water. The vaporizers are provided below water surfaces and the capacitors above the water surfaces. Base plates (14) are connected with the thermal siphons. A flow-connection among the vaporizers and the capacitors is guided. The floating bodies support the base plates in a buoyant condition. The thermal siphons are formed by boiling condensation pipes.
