The machine (1) has a cylinder block (3) rotatable arranged around a rotational axis (2) in a housing and comprising a piston recess (4) in which a piston (5) is arranged in a longitudinally movable manner. The housing is partially filled with a pressurizing agent i.e. hydraulic oil, and a gap (S) is formed between an outer casing surface (3a) of the cylinder block and an inner surface (8a) of the housing. A sleeve (20) i.e. floating sleeve, is freely rotatable around the rotational axis with respect to the cylinder block and arranged in the gap between the housing and cylinder block.
