The method involves connecting two components (2,3) with each other. The former component is formed of a material with high mechanical stability and the latter component is formed of a coating material with a light reflecting coating (4). The two components are formed by a multi-component injection molding process in an injection molding cycle. An independent claim is also included for a light reflecting device comprises two components.
