PURPOSE: A light guide plate manufacturing device is provided to prevent substrate faults generated due to instantaneous force applied on a substrate when the substrate is initially entered on a roller. CONSTITUTION: An upper pressurization roller(313A) is vertically transferred by being controlled by a controller. A lower pressurization roller(313B) is arranged to face the upper pressurization roller. A substrate is pressurized with a fixed distance between the lower and upper pressurization rollers according to the vertical operation of the upper pressurization roller. The pressure applied on the substrate is less than or equal to predetermined elastic threshold pressure of the substrate.
