PURPOSE: A method for realizing an encounter function in a lure fishing game, a device thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to realize an encounter function to apply real actions and game features to the game, thereby proving reality. CONSTITUTION: A transceiving unit(910) transceives information with a client. An encounter adjusting unit(930) adjusts an encounter gauge. A fish database(940) stores fish information. A controller(920) provides action information of the transceiving unit to the encounter adjusting unit. The controller produces the fish information from the fish database.
