PURPOSE: A damping spring is provided to improve the productivity by being manufactured easily and reduce the manufacturing cost and prevent the decline of the damping performance due to the slip, and be treated the light weight. CONSTITUTION: A damping spring comprises a coil spring(110) and a damping sheet damping sheet(120). The damping sheet is installed to cover the outside of the coil spring and forms the cross section of wave through adhering to a wire rod(111) closely and being extended along the wave of wire rod.
