PURPOSE: A producing method of whole soybean milk with the high content of active isoflavone is provided to prevent the reduction of storage property of the soybean milk by using strains with the high beta-glucosidase activity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of whole soybean milk comprises the following steps: producing soybean powder by crushing soybeans into 550~650meshes; adding water to the soybean powder, and boiling for 50~70minutes to obtain the whole soybean milk; cooling the whole soybean milk at room temperature; injecting 0.05~0.15wt% of strains with the high beta-glucosidase activity obtained from kimchi, into the whole soybean milk; and fermenting the whole soybean milk at 35~40deg C for 15~30hours.
