PURPOSE: A waterproofing device for removing humidity and water in a rooftop slab is provided to efficiently remove humidity and stagnant water at a proper time by controlling the velocity of intake and exhaust ventilators. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing device for removing humidity and water in a rooftop slab comprises an air path(11), an intake ventilator(12), an exhaust ventilator(13), a humidity sensor(14), and a controller(15). The air path is formed in a rooftop slab(10) and has an inlet(11a) and an outlet(11b). The intake ventilator is installed in the inlet of the air path and forcefully supplies external air to the inside the air path. The exhaust ventilator is installed in the outlet of the air path and exhausts the supplied air to the outside. The humidity sensor is installed inside the air path and detects the humidity of the air path. The controller controls the operation of the intake and exhaust ventilators depending on the detected humidity. |
