The aim is to more swiftly retrieve and dispense drugs, and to sort and dispense a large quantity of drugs or drugs of differing shapes at a time, without enlarging the drugs. A device body (1) is equipped with a drug housing unit (2) that is provided with a plurality of drug housing containers; a drug receiving unit (3) provided with a drug receiving part (9) that receives the dispensed drugs; and a drug retrieving unit (4) that receives the drugs from the drug receiving part (9), and that comprises a drug accumulating member (15) with drug accumulating parts (19a, 19b) that accumulate the drugs and a drug retrieving part (31) that retrieves the drugs discharged from the drug accumulating part (19a or 19b). The drug retrieving unit (4) is equipped with one drug accumulating part (19a or 19b) for every two drug retrieving parts (31). The drug accumulating part (19a or 19b) has a base plate (22) that is rotatable about a support shaft (21) to a first dispensing position that enables the supply of accumulated drugs to one of the drug retrieving parts (31) and a subsequent second dispensing position that enables the supply of accumulated drugs to the remaining drug retrieving part (31). |
