PURPOSE: Nozzle cooling apparatus of a superhigh pressure diffuser and a cooling system of a superhigh pressure diffuser including the same are provided to prevent the heating of raw material sensitive to temperature like natural products, food, etc, thereby preventing the destruction of nutrient in the raw material, discoloration, degeneration, etc. CONSTITUTION: In nozzle cooling apparatus of a superhigh pressure diffuser, a superhigh pressure diffuser comprises an interaction chamber(200), and coolant filled inside. A cooler receives a heat-exchanged coolant from a nozzle heat exchanger through a coolant channel, cools the same, and supplies to the nozzle heat exchanger again. The interaction chamber comprises a nozzle in center. An uneven part is formed outside the nozzle. A connection part(230) and a weep hole(211) are formed in both sides of the interaction chamber. A connection part is connected to a raw material line(L10). The weep hole discharges leaked raw material in case of generating leak inside the interaction chamber. The nozzle heat exchanger accepts the interaction chamber in order to expose the connection part and the weep hole.
