PURPOSE: A cutter for peeling the side of fruits is provided to smoothly and thinly peel the fruits corresponding to the side shape of several fruits using the cutter of a rotatable cutter head and to easily dispose of peeled fruit skins. CONSTITUTION: A cutter for peeling the side of the fruits comprises: a cutter head(100) which is rotatably combined with the upper end of a support tube(400) and contacts with the side of the fruits; a position restoring spring(200) which connects the cutter head to the support tube and elastically support the cutter head to be located on a constant position; and a discharge guide(300) which is mounted on the cutter head and guides peeled fruit skins to be discharged in one direction. The cutter head is comprised of a head(110), a rotating rod(120), and a latch(130). The head is rotatably combined with the upper end of a bracket(114).
