PURPOSE: An excrement treatment apparatus for a vessel is provided to install a foreign material separation device between an excrement tank and excrement discharge pipe connected to a toilet installed in the vessel, thereby easily separating foreign materials inputted through the toilet. CONSTITUTION: An excrement treatment apparatus for a vessel includes an excrement tank(20), a main pump(24), an electrolytic treatment tub(30), a discharge tank, a discharge pump(43), a seawater intake pipe(4), a foreign material separation device(10), and a filter(50). The main pump pressurizes and transfers excrement within the excrement tank to the electrolytic treatment tub. The foreign material separation device separates foreign materials from the excrement inputted through a toilet by being installed in an excrement intake hole in the upper side of the excrement tank. The filter is connected to a discharge pipe installed in the discharge side of the discharge pump and filters residues included in processing water by passing the processing water discharged from the discharge tank.
