PURPOSE: A method for chemically preparing muscle-derived pluripotent cells is provided to effectively and simply obtain the pluripotent cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for chemically preparing pluripotent cells from mammal differentiation cells comprises: a step of obtaining the differentiation cells from animal; and a step of treating dedifferentiation agent. The differentiation cells are terminally differentiated cells. The differentiation cells are skeletal monocytes, cardiac muscular cells, smooth cells, skin cells, chondrocytes, adipocytes, or osteoblast.
