The laser transmission path has a hollow waveguide path that is formed in hollow and oblong manner for guiding laser light. An outer channel is provided, in which the hollow waveguide path is inserted. A gas guiding path is formed between the hollow waveguide path and the outer channel. An assistance gas is passed through the gas guiding path. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a laser treatment tool provided with endoscope outer tube; and (2) a laser treatment system provided with a device main part.
