PURPOSE: An electric heating plate for a plate type heat exchanger is provided to reduce a manufacturing process and uniformly maintains the flow velocity formed along a line by constituting the line without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating plate for a plate type heat exchanger comprises a module consisting of three electric heating plates. The module comprises first and second gaps formed by the electric heating plates. The first gap accepts a heating medium and the second gap accepts a cooling medium. The heating medium is inserted and stored in a second area comprising a second pattern plane(121), a plurality of fifth through-holes, and a pair of sixth through-holes(123). The fifth and sixth through-holes are respectively arranged in the lower and upper parts of the second pattern plane so that a flow path for steam is formed.
