PURPOSE: A mandrel with an expandable diameter is provided to easily separate a molded article from a mandrel because a diameter between first and second molds is freely enlarged or reduced. CONSTITUTION: A mandrel with an expandable diameter comprises first and second molds, a rotary shaft(30), a moving guide unit(40), a separation adjusting unit(52). The rotary shaft is arranged to be rotated along a longitudinal direction between the first and second molds. One side of a longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft is fixed to a second supporting unit(23) of the second mold. The moving guide unit is arranged in both sides around the rotary shaft between a first supporting unit and the second supporting unit. On side of the moving guide unit is movably joined to the first supporting unit and the other side of the moving guide unit is joined to the second supporting unit. A cross section area of the separation adjusting unit is gradually wider from one side to the other side along the longitudinal direction. One side of the separation adjusting unit is inserted into between the first and second supporting units.
