摘要 |
PURPOSE: A fluid circulating type electrostatic inkjet nozzle is provided to obtain a multi-nozzle by laminating inkjet nozzles in which a fluid circulating structure is applied and to individually control a flow rate of the multi-nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A fluid circulating type electrostatic ink-jet nozzle comprises a nozzle body(110), a channel(120), an inner electrode(130), and an orifice(140). The ink inlet and ink outlet are respectively formed in both sides facing opposite direction of the nozzle body. The channel connects the ink inlet and ink outlet and provides a space where the injected ink flows inside the nozzle body. The inner electrode is installed in the nozzle body and electrifies the ink flowing inside the channel. The orifice is formed in the nozzle body and at least some of the electrified ink is sprayed to outside of the nozzle body.
