PURPOSE: A method for differentiating adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells into osteocytes is provided to inhibit mutation and immune rejection. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells into osteocytes comprise a step of introducing runx2, osterix, or runx2 and osterix gene into the stem cells by electroporation at 1300-1500 bolt. A culture medium is an alpha-MEM solution containing FBS, dexamethasone, ascorbate-2-phosphate, glycerophosphate or antibiotics. A composition for treating bone injury contains the differentiated osteocytes. |
