PURPOSE: A forming device for the interior material of a vehicle is provided to prevent a surface material from folding or crumpling by injecting air into the sealed space of the surface material. CONSTITUTION: A forming device for the interior material of a vehicle comprises a base member(12) and a fixing member(20). The base member is formed on the inner bottom of an upper mold(10). Embossing patterns for embossing a surface material are formed on the base member. The fixing member has a clamp(22), a vertical cylinder(24), and a horizontal cylinder(26). The clamp supports the edge of a surface material. The vertical cylinder vertically moves the clamp. The horizontal cylinder horizontally moves the vertical cylinder. The fixing member seals the inner space between the surface material and the base member by clamping the edge of the surface material.
