PURPOSE: A stabilizer bar for a vehicle having variable stiffness is provided to change stiffness according to horizontal acceleration without an additional oil-hydraulic device and control device. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer bar for a vehicle having variable stiffness comprises a main body portion(10a) and a blade portion(10b). The main body portion is composed of a torsion portion(11) and a reinforcement portion(12). The torsion portion is formed into bar shape and the end of the torsion portion is extended to the blade portion. First gear teeth(11a) are projected along the longitudinal direction in the outer circumference of the torsion portion. The first gear teeth are arranged around second teeth(12a) with space. The reinforcement portion is formed into pipe shape and the torsion portion is inserted in the reinforcement portion. The second gear teeth are formed into the longitudinal direction in the inner circumference of the reinforcement portion. |
