PURPOSE: A TSP(Touch Screen Panel) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a TSP in a thin film form by forming sensing patterns on a film. CONSTITUTION: A thin film(10) is classified into an active area and a non-active area. Sensing patterns(220) are formed in the active area of a first surface of the thin film. Sensing lines are formed in the non-active area of the first surface and is connected to the sensing patterns. A functional coating layer(310) is formed on a second surface of the thin film including a decoration layer.
