PURPOSE: Healthy bibimbab(rice mixed with vegetables and beef), and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to uniformly eat various kinds of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of healthy bibimbab(rice mixed with vegetables and beef) comprises a step of mixing 145-245g of grains, 40g of fish or meat, 50g of fried egg, and 210g of vegetables(except for 50g of kimchi). The mixture ratio is based on the recommended daily intake of calories for a grown man.
