A coupling module 10 for a scaffolding structure, in which the coupling module 10 comprises a connecting tubular member 12 with at least one slot (19, Fig 2) and at least one coupler unit 22. The coupler unit 22 includes a receptacle unit 25 which engages with a pivotally movable clip 27. The module is characterised in that the receptacle unit 25 is located within the slot (19, Fig 2) and is welded at its side or sides to the edge of the slot. A further invention is included for a vertical scaffolding member which comprises a tubular unit and at least one ring welded to an external surface of the tubular unit. |
