PURPOSE: A toilet bowl having a rotary discharging pipe is provided to eliminate trouble factors by operating with only a torque obtained from kinetic energy generated while water is discharged from a bowl and a return force by a balancing structure of a rotary discharging pipe and to efficiently clean the toilet bowl because all water in a water tank is discharged through the bowl. CONSTITUTION: A toilet bowl having a rotary discharging pipe is composed like next. One side of an L-shape rotary discharge pipe(101) is closely adhered to a discharging port(12) of a bowl(11). A center shaft pin(104) is arranged in an outer surface of an opposite rotary discharging pipe. The rotary discharging pipe installed in a barrier(240) is rotated around a center of the discharging port of a bowl and the center shaft pin to left and right sides.
