PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for soybean milk is provided to manufacture the soybean milk with a ultra-high temperature sterilization method, and to improve flavor by avoiding excess heat treatment and sterilization while simplifying a manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for soybean milk includes the following steps: gaining a compound by mixing the soybean milk and raw milk; performing a ultra-high temperature sterilization method by adding and mixing cellulose with a compound of the soybean milk and the raw milk; and mixing the soybean milk and the raw milk to a volume ratio of 1:9~9:1. The ultra-high temperature sterilization method is performed for 30 ~ 60 seconds in 135~145°C.
