PURPOSE: A floating-type hydroelectric power generation apparatus is provided to automatically control the height of a water turbine depending on a water level. CONSTITUTION: A floating-type hydroelectric power generation apparatus comprises support members(102) and a generation unit(20). The support members are fixed to the bottom of water. The generation unit is connected to the support members through connection members and has a water turbine(60) and a generator(50). The generator converts the rotation power of the water turbine into electricity. A floating matter removal unit(10) is located at the front of the generation unit and is supported by the support members.
