THE HANDMADE PEBBLES FOR THE FIGURE TO APPEAR

PURPOSE: A pattern-forming artificial pebble and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have texture and uniform forms of natural pebbles by using a mixture of elvan powder, pigment, and PVA(Polyvinyl Acetate) oil. CONSTITUTION: A pattern-forming artificial pebble comprises large-sized pebbles(10), small-sized pebbles(20), and medium-sized pebbles(30). A manufacturing method of small-sized pebbles comprises the following steps: mixing 2vol% of PVA oil and minimum amount of pigment with 98vol% of sea stone powder; and molding the mixture into a dome shape; baking the molded product in an electric furnace at 1,240 deg. Celsius for 11 hours and cooling for 4 hours by heat radiation. The small-sized pebble consists of small-sized bottom rim, small-sized bottom center, and round shaped small sized outer center. The pebble is used for formation of squared pattern(200) and circled pattern(100).
