PURPOSE: A composition containing tripeptide and Cordyceps sinensis extract is provided to prevent and treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating atopic dermatitis contains GHK, AHK, metal ion complex thereof, or materials conjugated with fatty acid at peptide N-terminal. The metal ion includes copper and zinc. The fatty acid comprises carbon chains having straight or branched structures with saturated or unsaturated bond of 1-20 carbon atoms. The composition is manufactured in the form of a skin, lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, essence, pack, powder, ointment, suspension, emulsion, spray, soap, shampoo, patch, or gel.
