The supercharger has a shaft (8) rotatably supported in a bearing housing (6). A turbine wheel (10) is arranged at an end of the shaft in a turbine housing (4). A compressor wheel is arranged at another end of the shaft in a compressor housing. The bearing housing is connected with the turbine housing and the compressor housing by attaching units (18). The bearing housing and the turbine housing comprise flange members (14, 16), where the flange members are connected together by a clamping member.
