PURPOSE: A metal separator assembly for fuel cell is provided to prevent existing laminate tolerance and collapse phenomenon by directly welding metal separation plates using continuous wave laser. CONSTITUTION: A metal separator assembly for fuel cell comprises concavo-convex region(51a), and indented part(51b), a cathode separator(51) which supplies air to the cathode, and an anode separator(52) which supplies hydrogen to the fuel anode of the membrane electrode assembly and has concavo-convex regions and grooves. The edge part of the cathode separator and fuel anode separator, and manifold part are successively welded by using single mode fiber continuous wave laser in order to keep air tightness of hydrogen, air, and cooling water. |
